February 19, 2014

Dear :

Cindy Crocker, 1980 Marketing alumna, cordially invites you to an exclusive networking reception at The Peninsula Hotel, Chicago, on Thursday, March 6, 2014.

Cindy was a community college transfer to NIU College of Business and helped to finance her own education by working while taking classes. She went on to serve as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Equity Group Investments where she led several initial public offerings in one of the nation's leading real estate companies. Cindy credits her success to a strong work ethic, a solid education and strong leadership skills. Therefore, she has established the "Crocker Program for Emerging Business Leaders" as a way to provide current NIU women students with opportunities to develop leadership skills through mentoring and networking with business executives.

Because of your outstanding leadership skills and academic record, you have been selected as one of an exclusive group to participate in The Crocker Program for Emerging Business Leaders networking reception.
